Appetizers

Vermont Cheese Plate
A sampling of six Vermont cheeses served with an assortment of all natural hand cracked Castleton Crackers. The hand cracked crackers in various flavors are made in Vermont using an early 1800’s New England baking method. Served with Vermont apple slices, this is a great appetizer for supporting our local farms and businesses, with an assortment of cheese you are not likely to find easily during your visit, except here of course.

Stuffed Mushrooms
Our specialty, four large mushrooms stuffed high with an aromatic blend of
sautéed chopped mushrooms and Kerry’s own recipe of herbs, onions, with a little cream cheese and topped with a sprinkling of grated parmesan cheese.

Vermont “Egg” Rolls
The freshest tasting, healthiest egg rolls you’ll ever have. They’re actually vegetarian and vegan, contains no dairy or egg at all. Made with certified organic vegetables including cabbage, carrots, celery with a hint of ginger.  Served with Kerry’s own special asian dipping sauce. Another great product of Vermont.

Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Sprinkled with fresh parmesan cheese and served hot with tortilla chips.

Red Mountain Deluxe Nachos
Tortilla chips piled high with refried beans, seasoned hamburger, melted cheese, green onions, olives, jalapenos, with sour cream & salsa. Can be made vegetarian upon request.

Cheese Quesadilla
A ten inch round Quesadilla filled with cheddar cheese, sliced into six pie shaped pieces and served with sour cream and salsa.

Mountain View Salad
Mixed greens with olives, shredded carrots, onion slices, cucumber, topped with mozzarella. Dressings: ranch, balsamic vinaigrette, french, blue cheese, italian.

Entrees

Orange Balsamic Chicken
fresh chicken breast in a tasty orange balsamic & mushroom sauce. One of Kerry’s special dishes that has always been a favorite meal. Served with carrots and a baked potato.
Includes Mountain View Salad and dessert.

Cranberry Walnut & Maple Glazed Chicken
fresh chicken breast in a Cranberry Walnut & Maple Glaze. The Maple Glaze contains pure Vermont Maple syrup  for a delicious dish that is the taste of Vermont.   Served with carrots and a baked potato.  Includes Mountain View Salad and dessert.

Vermont Fresh Ravioli
It’s vegetarian, all natural and made fresh in Vermont. Served with garlic bread and includes Mountain View Salad and dessert. Choose from:

Butternut Squash & Pumpkin Ravioli with caramelized onion served in garlic infused olive oil.
or
Spinach with Roasted Garlic, served with our own marinara sauce.

Spaghetti & Meatballs
classic spaghetti and meatballs using Kerry's own meatballs and marinara sauce, served with garlic bread. You will love it.  Includes Mountain View Salad and dessert.

The Pub Burger
Made with a half pound of angus beef topped with sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, mayo, with lettuce and tomato on the side. Served on a brioche bun with potato chips.

The Lodge Burger
Made with a half pound of angus beef topped with melted cheddar cheese,
3 strips of bacon, mayo, mustard, ketchup, pickles, with lettuce, tomato, onions on the side. Served on a brioche bun with potato chips.

A veggie or black bean patty may be substituted instead of the beef patty on any of our burgers.
